Cancelation Policy
1.To avoid cancellation fee, if already booked please inform us at least one day before arrival if you cancel booking.
2. If payment received, without notification of 24 hour prior arrival date will incur 1 night room charge and transportation fee
Refund Policy
The hotel obligates to refund the unused balance with the terms and conditions below:
1. When the guest tested positive and has to evacuate to isolation hotel
2. Positive Covid-19 PCR test has been detected one day prior to arrival. Guest must inform the hotel at least 24 hours before arrival.
Hotel will refund the unused balance maximum 14 working days to bank account that transfer the amount to hotel bank account by completing supporting documents such as:
1. Request letter
2. Bank account detail
3. Beneficiary name
